Valborg Celebration 2024
Walpurgis Night - Valborgsmässoafton
On Saturday, April 27th at 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The American Scandinavian Association, Drott Lodge and SWEA
are cohosting the Swedish traditional celebration of Valborgsmässoafton
at Normans Farm, 1580 Woodbine Road, Woodbine, MD, 21797.
We will say goodbye to winter and welcome, with open arms, spring, and summer.
This is an outdoor event with yard games, singing and
a traditional Valborgsmässoafton bonfire.
Bring your own chairs/blanket, picnic, hotdogs, smores, water and drinks.
Some hotdogs, buns and condiments will be available for grilling.
The event is free for members, but we are asking for a
a $5 donation per person to support and celebrate Valborgsmässoafton.
Donations can be made when signing up via Eventbrite or onsite.
For all non-members it is $10 per adult and $5 per child (0-15)
to participle in the festivities.

Plenty of free parking is available.
You are required to register when arriving to the event as
a Waiver of Liability form must be signed by all attendees.
